Home Base Housing offers transitional and rent-geared-to-income supportive housing options designed specifically for youth ages 16 to 24. Space is offered to youth on a priority basis, and caseworkers provide support for anything the youth might need to succeed from day to day. This can include counselling, employment support, medical/legal support, and tenant-landlord relations. Staff also assist youth in finding permanent living arrangements and preparing for a future beyond the program. There is no cost to participate (aside from rental costs once housing is found). Contact Home Base Housing for more information.
